बिहार मे होने वाले राज्यसभा चुनाव के पहले चरण की नामांकन प्रक्रिया आज से शुरू हो रही है .
चुनाव मे घमासान सीधे तौर पर congress , Rjd , jdu के महागठबन्धन् एवं Bjp ,ham , ljp के गठबंधन के बीच है .
पहले चरण मे 12 October को 10 जिलों की 49 विधानसभा सीट पर होना है .
वैशाली से सान्सद रामा सिंह का ljp से इस्तीफ़ा देना एवं Ham से देवेंद्र प्रसाद यादव का इस्तीफ़ा देना bjp गठबंधन के लिये सिर दर्द हो सकता है पर असस्सूदीन ओवैसी का 24 मुस्लिम बहुल सीट पर चुनाव लड़ना bjp के लिये एक खुशखबरी है .
मैं व्यक्तिगत तौर पर bjp का समर्थन करता हुं . परंतु लोगों से अपील करता हुं कृपया लोकतंत्र का सम्मान करते हुए जाति धर्म से उपर उठकर वोट करें.

United nations मे भारत को मिली बडी कामयाबी

संयुक्त राष्ट्र संघ की सुरक्षा परिषद मे स्थायी सदस्यता की कोशिशों मे भारत को बड़ी सफलता हाथ लगी है .
संयुक्त राष्ट्र के करीब 200 सदस्य राष्ट्र सुरक्षा परिषद के  सुधार की मांग पर चर्चा करने के लिये अगले एक साल तक के लिये तैयार हो गये हैं .
फिलहाल अमेरिका चीन  रूस ब्रिटेन और फ्रान्स स्थायी सदस्य हैं .

आरक्षण पर लडाई , आखिर कब तक???????

ये मेरे व्यक्तिगत विचार है .
कि आखिर कब तक हमारे देश मे जातिगत आरक्षण की लडाई होती रहेगी.मैं किसी विशेष जाति या समुदाय का विरोध नही कर रहा.अगर आरक्षण देना ही है तो आर्थिक रूप से पिछडे व्यक्तियों , परिवारों को दे देना चाहिये इससे उनकी शिकायत भी दूर हो जाएगी जो कहते रहते है कि उनके समुदाय के लोग गरीब अशिक्षित है क्युंकि आरक्षण का लाभ उन्हे भी मिल जाएगा.और एक बार जिस परिवार को आरक्षण मिल गया उसके लिये आरक्षण व्यवस्था खत्म कर दें . क्युंकि अब वो समाज की मुख्य धारा मे आ चुके हैं .
           
आरक्षण का सामाजिक नुकसान :-
लोगो मे जातिगत भावनायें बढती ही नही जा रही बल्कि हिन्सक भी होती जा रही है

                first of all you should know about what is ipe engineering .
before my admission in NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY JALANDHAR (NIT J)  i thought that ipe is not a good branch or i can't get high packages from this branch . but now i feel that it is a very wide branch . actually companies needs engineers of IPE branch. because in ipe engineering studen learns about both technical as well as management . that is what companies needs .
                                                    so don't be upset if you did'nt get CSE MECHANICAL ELECTRONICS or other branch. take admission in industrial and production engineering .and for the students who dreams of IIM after their B.tech. IPE is the best options  because their is also a management portion.
BUT mark my words there is'nt good or bad branch's . its depend on you .i told u

 that scope in ipe engineering is good does'nt means that you will get a good job without hard work. because success needs hard work .
so don't depend on your teacher or your college . its your responsibility to learn about something what you exactly want. now days internet has every thing so use it . use the site like NPTEL .

The acton has been taken by the police on the hindu yuva vahini by the police in the Mau communal riots of October 2005, where they organized the Hindu forces in opposition to a politician "Mukhtar Ansari", the alleged murderer ofBharatiya Janata Party(BJP) state legislature memberKrishnanand Rai.

By organizing various movements such as "Ram Prakostha" for pavement dwellers and the "Bansfod Hindu Manch" for woodcutters, Adityanath has provided a sense of identity for many of these frustrated youth, who have swelled the ranks of the Hindu Yuva Vahini.

ABVP's MASS PROTEST AGAINST COMMERCIALIZATION OF EDUCATION

Members of the BJP's youthwing - ABVP - have announced a protest against the alleged commercialization of education in the state with a 'Mahasangram rally' on August 20, in which they will also march towards the state assembly.Akhil Bhartiya Vidyarthi Parishad leader Anshul Chawla said more than 20,000 students will participate in the rally. "On one hand, the government talks about improving the education scenario in the state, but it is in a dire condition. After the start of merit based admissions, hundreds of students are not getting admissions into colleges as now there are limited seats," .

मुज्जफरनगर : एक बार फ़िर से सांप्रदायिक तनाव की चपेट मे

मुज्जफरनगर: सोमवार की रात मे मुज्जफरनगर  के भुम्मा गान्व मे सतबीर कश्यप नाम के हिंदू युवक की हत्या के बाद हिंसा भड़क गयी.जिसकी 4 मुस्लिम समुदाय के लोगों ने  गोली मारकर हत्या कर दी. उसके बाद गांव मे  हिंसा भड़क उठी. पीड़इत एवं आरोपी पक्ष के कई लोग सड़कों पर उतर आये और पत्थरबाजी एवं गोलीबारी करने लगे . इस संबंध मे एस. ओ. मीरपुर शोऐब मियां एवं गांव मे तैनात 1 दरोगा एवं 2 सिपाहियों के खिलाफ कार्यवाही कर दी गयी है.
अब स्थिति को नियन्त्रड मे करने के लिये पूरे गांव मे पुलिस एवं पी ए सी के जवान गश्त दे रहे हैं.

PATNA: road and train traffic in bihar was hit on monday during a shutdown call by akhil bhartiya vidyarthi parishad (ABVP) to protest the police action against its members during a rally near the bihar assembly last week.
     thousands of ABVP members( YOUTH WING OF RASHTRIYA SWAYAMSEVAK SANGH) took to the streets ,block national and state highways and squatted on railway tracks.

State BJP likens ABVP stir with JP’s agitation in 1974

Patna: The state BJP on Thursday likened the agitation of ABVP members on the day with the JP-led students' movement in the state in 1974 with countrywide ramifications. They also charged the Nitish Kumar government with pursuing a "Hitler-like policy".

Although the ABVP, which is the student's wing of the RSS, had announced demonstration and gherao of the assembly a fortnight ago, the nature of their agitation took police by surprise.
The major flashpoint occurred at R-Block, and soon it spilled over to the outer gate of the state assembly as around a dozen ABVP members made a bid to enter the campus of the assembly which is guarded by two security rings. Police personnel swooped on the ABVP members to foil their efforts to break the first security ring.
Police also resorted to lathicharge. One policeman's baton missed to hit BJP MLA Sanjay Sarawagi who along with others had come to meet the ABVP members. Later, around half a dozen ABVP members were whisked away to PMCH in a waiting ambulance.
"Everything appears to have been pre-planned. Even the din created by the BJP members inside the state assembly followed a pattern," said water resources department minister Vijay Kumar Choudhary. He said the government has the footage of what happened at the R-Block crossing and near the assembly gate. "If need be, we can bring it in public domain," he said.
Former deputy CM Sushil Kumar Modi, however, described the incidents as symptom of the state government's autocratic way of functioning. The injured students have not been provided adequate treatment, he alleged.

abvp protests seeking DU VC'S removal

NEW DELHI: A demonstration organized by Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad demanding immediate sacking of Delhi University vice-chancellor Dinesh Singh on Friday drew over a hundred students, despite it being held during semester break.Following news of a show-cause notice served on Singh by MHRD, the student body demanded that, apart from removing Singh, other officials who are in the administration should be held accountable for "corruption" and "misgovernance" in the university.Students gathered in front of the gate of Arts Faculty in North Campus in the afternoon and started sloganeering against the DU administration. "We are demanding his immediate removal. If he has any conscience, he should in fact resign. Going by the magnitude of misgovernance and corruption this administration has practised, we want MHRD to institute criminal proceedings against the vice-chancellor," ABVP Delhi secretary Saket Bahuguna said.The students held the core team of DU administration as being equally responsible for "financial irregularities". "The diversion of OBC funds, FYUP-related corruption and misuse of university funds in Antardhwani should be investigated. All other officials should also be punished. Otherwise, after this VC leaves, these officials will continue to do damage," said Bahuguna.ABVP is likely to make a representation to human resource development minister Smriti Irani on Saturday, demanding criminal proceeding against the DU administration.

16 policemen acquitted in hashimpura massacre case : merrut

NEW DELHI:  Sixteen policemen were acquitted by a court today of the charges of murder and other crimes in the 1987 Hashimpura massacre case in which 42 people were killed in Uttar Pradesh's Meerut city.
Additional Sessions Judge Sanjay Jindal acquitted 16 Provincial Armed Constabulary (PAC) personnel of the charges dealing with murder, attempt to murder, tampering with evidence and conspiracy.Suresh Chand Sharma, Niranjan Lal, Kamal Singh, Rambir Singh, Sami Ullah, Mahesh Prasad, Jaipal Singh, Ram Dhayam, Sarwan Kumar, Leela Dhar, Hambir Singh, Kunwar Pazal Singh, Budha Singh, Budhi Singh, Mokham Singh and Basant Vallabh were facing trial in the case.The court said all the accused are acquitted of all charges framed against them by giving them the benefit of doubt for want of sufficient evidence regarding their identity.

The court said although the accused persons have been acquitted in this case, it felt the victims and affected families should be rehabilitated.A recommendation was made to the District Legal Service Authority to award compensation to victims, the court said. There were 19 accused in the case. However, three of them died during the trial.

The killings had allegedly occurred during the riots in Meerut city when the victims were picked up from the Hashimpura Mohalla of the city by personnel of the 41st Battalion of the PAC during a search operation.The charge sheet in the case was filed before the Chief Judicial Magistrate Ghaziabad in 1996. The case was transferred to Delhi in September 2002 on the order of the Supreme Court following a petition by the families of the massacre victims and survivors.

A sessions court in July 2006 framed charges of murder, attempt to murder, tampering with evidence and conspiracy against all the accused.

ABVP,TMC clash over college student council election:

Bengal became the theatre of clashes between Trinamool Chhatra Parishad and Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad supporters as the former allegedly tried to prevent the latter from filing nominations in different colleges in Bankura, Birbhum and Burdwan on Friday.TMCP supporters allegedly hurled bombs and pointed guns at the ABVP candidates as they tried to file nomination papers in several colleges. At the end of the day over 20 ABVP supporters were injured in separate incidents. Last year ABVP had contested in about 80 colleges across and this year they planned to take it to 300.ABVP is riding the rising popularity of BJP that recorded vote share rising from a mere 6% in 2009 to 17% in 2014. ABVP is hopeful that this January they would be able to make significant mark in the students’ council election in colleges and universities across the state.On December 22, ABVP registered its first victory at Lalpur College, Purulia, thereby opening its account in BengalOn January 2, in Kalna College, Burdwan 10 students were injured in the clash; most of them belonged to ABVP. A college in Birbhum district was in the eye of a storm as the TMCP supporters fired five rounds to stop a bus carrying ABVP candidates headed for filing nomination at Khoyrashol Shoilojanondo Falguni Mahavidyala. ABVP members could not file their nominations. A bomb was hurled at ABVP supporters trying to file nominations at Hetampur Krishnachandra Mahavidyalaya.In Bankura district as ABVP tried to enter Bankura Shommiloni College and file nomination they were blocked by TMCP supporters. ABVP supporters blocked Bhoirob Sthan crossing, where they were attacked by TMCP supporters . After meeting resistance from TMCP while trying to file nomination papers at Amarkanon Desh Bondhu College in Bankura, ABVP supporters blocked NH 60. At Andal Mahavidyala too it was the same story.

At Illambazar Joydeb Mahavidayalay of the ABVP succeeded in filing his nomination after being given police protection.

Reacting to the chain of incidents across three districts, education minister Partha Chatterjee said, “Those who are not being able to take the plunge for their own organisational shortcomings are saying that they are claiming to have been victimised and are going to the media for being photographed.”Interestingly only two months back Chatterjee urged TMCP leaders to allow representatives from students’ wing of other parties to file nomination and ensure that they win through contests. Last year TMCP won uncontested in over 94% colleges in Bengal.

However, Pranab Debnath, office secretary of ABVP, West Bengal, pointed out the reason for Chatterjee’s sudden U-turn. “TMCP understood that they would lose wherever ABVP would file nomination. Hence they are trying to block us at every step. At Kalna College 20 of our supporters were injured. TMCP supporters are not only hurling bombs and pointing guns at the candidates, but also trying to intimidate their family members,” said Debnath.

He said they will meet the governor and education minister and seek redress. “If nothing works we will lodge a huge protest all over the state,” Debnath said.

In 2014 several protest demonstration by TMCP became the cause of embarrassment for the ruling party. On August 26, after being harassed by the TMCP for not allowing students to cheat, the principal of Chapra Bangaljhi Mahavidyalaya, a college in Nadia resigned.

Though the education minister said mass cheating will not be tolerated, and requested the principal to withdraw his resignation, the principal Krishna Gopal Roy was not convinced.

IAS officer's death: 'Protesting' ABVP workers clash with police

Bengaluru: Members of the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) clashed with police personnel here on Thursday during their protest march against the Karnataka Government over the mysterious death of IAS officer DK Ravi.

Raising slogans against the state government, the protesters demanded a CBI probe into Ravi's death.

"We are demanding CBI inquiry into DK Ravi's case. We don't have faith in CID or COD because its comes under state government only. Actually, Karnataka State government wishes to curb this case as a suicide. All the citizens of the state and students have faith on CBI, that's why we are demanding a CBI probe," said a protester.

Earlier, the BJP MLA also staged a protest march from the Karnataka Assembly to the Governor's house with a similar demand.

Meanwhile, Chief Minister Siddaramaiah is scheduled to hold a Cabinet meet in a short while from now during which a decision is likely to be taken on whether to refer the case to the CBI.

The Karnataka Government has, however, so far rejected the demand and asserted that the CID of the state police is capable of handling the investigation in the case.

The 2009 batch IAS officer, who was deputed as the Joint Commissioner of the state's Commercial Taxes Department, was found mysteriously hanging by a fan in the bedroom of his private apartment in South Bengaluru's Tavarekere earlier on Monday.
